Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates with proficiency in legal concepts and their application
- Good understanding of the US legal system and US litigation (including e-discovery)
- Strong command over legal documentation and analysis
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and basic internet tools
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Reviewing and managing legal documents and contracts
- Supporting litigation processes, including e-discovery
- Conducting legal research related to US laws
- Assisting in contract management and compliance tasks
- Reporting and documentation management

Experience Required
- Relevant experience preferred (generally aligned with professional legal/paralegal exposure)
