Eligibility Criteria
- 3 to 4 years of post-qualification experience in direct tax litigation
- Experience in tax advisory relating to M&A transactions
- Qualification as a Chartered Accountant along with a law degree is preferred
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Handling direct tax litigation matters
- Advising on tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions
- Representing and assisting clients in complex tax disputes
- Legal research, drafting, and advisory support in tax matters
