Corporate Legal and Compliance Job Opportunity (Full-Time)
Eligibility Criteria
- 3 to 5 years of experience in privacy operations, data protection, regulatory compliance, or legal operations
- Hands-on experience in managing Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) or similar regulatory workflows
- Strong experience in preparing metrics, dashboards, and audit-ready documentation
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across Legal, Product, Risk, and Operations teams
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to explain complex processes clearly
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
DSAR Operations
- End-to-end management of consumer, employee, candidate, and Attorney-on-Behalf DSARs
- Handling complex, escalated, and regulator-sensitive DSAR matters
- Ensuring consistent application of global DSAR standards and regional regulations such as GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and LGPD
Governance, Metrics & Reporting
- Preparation and validation of quarterly and ad-hoc DSAR metrics
- Monitoring SLA adherence and identifying compliance risks
- Reconciling DSAR data across dashboards and tracking tools
Audit & Risk Support
- Acting as the primary operational contact for DSAR-related audits and risk reviews
- Supporting audit evidence, remediation actions, and regulatory inquiries
Process & Documentation Management
- Maintaining and improving DSAR procedures, playbooks, and knowledge-transfer documentation
- Identifying operational gaps and driving process improvements
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Working closely with Privacy Counsel, Product teams, Risk Management, and Internal Audit
- Translating legal and privacy guidance into operational workflows
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting DSARs across multiple jurisdictions or at a global scale
- Familiarity with DSAR tools and platforms
- Prior experience supporting internal or external audits in a privacy or compliance environment
