About the Job
Envoy Global is hiring Senior Immigration Paralegals for its Hyderabad office. The role is focused on U.S. business and corporate immigration matters and involves end-to-end processing of employment-based visa and green card applications in a high-volume professional environment.
Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B. or LL.M. from an accredited college or university
- Four to six years of experience in employment-based immigration, preferably in a large, high-volume law firm environment
- Hands-on experience in complete end-to-end H-1B and Green Card petition drafting
- Experience in LCA preparation with the U.S. Department of Labor and high-quality data maintenance
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Client-focused approach with strong teamwork skills
- Willingness to work in shifts
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Understanding and addressing client U.S. immigration requirements
- Handling visa categories including H-1B, L-1A and L-1B, TN, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, H-1B1, dependent and derivative cases, advance parole, work authorisations, adjustment of status, and all phases of employment-based green card processes
- Ensuring high accuracy and quality while processing immigration applications
- Monitoring industry developments and updates to U.S. immigration laws
- Maintaining accurate case records and providing regular status updates
- Tracking and complying with USCIS updates and procedural changes
- Identifying opportunities for process and system improvements and collaborating with internal teams for implementation
