Legal Job Opportunity (In-house Corporate Role)
Eligibility Criteria
- Strong foundation in corporate and commercial law
- Hands-on experience in commercial contracting and legal compliance
- Excellent drafting and legal research skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to explain legal concepts in a clear, business-oriented manner
- Strong ownership, responsiveness, and ability to manage multiple matters
- Effective stakeholder management, collaboration, and communication skills
- Analytical and solution-oriented approach
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts including vendor, distribution, service, licensing, and technology or SaaS agreements
- Providing legal advice on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters to business teams
- Supporting corporate governance and compliance under laws such as the Companies Act, FEMA, and SEBI regulations
- Assisting in due diligence and documentation for corporate transactions, including investments, mergers, and restructurings
- Working closely with procurement, finance, technology, and business teams to streamline contracting and compliance processes
- Tracking regulatory developments and summarising implications for internal stakeholders
- Developing and refining contract templates, playbooks, and internal legal policies
