Legal Job Opportunity (Full-Time)
Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B. degree from a reputed institution
- 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably as in-house counsel or in a law firm
- Strong understanding of contract law, compliance, and corporate legal frameworks
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various agreements such as:
- Master Service Agreements (MSA)
- Data Processing Agreements (DPA)
- Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA)
- Vendor, SaaS, and service provider contracts
- Monitoring legislative developments, especially in technology law, consumer protection, and data privacy
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal policies
- Advising business teams on legal risks and compliance strategies
- Negotiating and finalizing business agreements
- Aligning legal documents with company standards and policies
