Eligibility Criteria
• 4–5 years of Post-Qualification Experience in active litigation
• Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills
• Experience in commercial disputes, corporate litigation, insolvency, and white-collar matters preferred
• Ability to independently handle filings, client communication, and court appearances
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of taking ownership of assignments
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
• Assisting in handling and managing matters before Trial Courts, High Courts, NCLT, and other tribunals
• Independently drafting pleadings, petitions, applications, and research notes
• Supporting senior counsel in strategy formulation and case preparation
• Appearing before courts and tribunals for advocacy and procedural hearings
• Coordinating with clients and maintaining case records
• Mentoring junior team members and contributing to a collaborative work environment
