About the Opportunity
Sachin Mahendra & Associates is inviting applications for two positions of Senior Associate in the area of Compliance and Tribunal Litigation. The role involves handling matters relating to Income Tax, GST, Excise, and Customs laws, with regular appearances before tax authorities and tribunals.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification:
- Company Secretary (CS) and Member of ICSI
- LL.B. degree
- Experience Requirement:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably with a CA firm, CS firm, law firm, or corporate organization
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Tax compliances including GST and Customs
- MCA compliances
- DTAA and Transfer Pricing compliances
- Tax audits and accounting work
- IFRS-related assignments
- Case representation before:
- Commissioner of Income Tax (CIT)
- Assistant Commissioner of Income Tax (ACIT)
- National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT)
- Other relevant tribunals
Mode of Work
Offline and office-based
Full-time professional engagement
Salary / Remuneration
- INR 85,000 per month
- Approximately INR 10,20,000 per annum
- Work-related bonuses in addition to the fixed salary
