Legal Job Opportunity (Senior Associate)
Eligibility Criteria
- 5–7 years PQE (Post Qualification Experience)
- Prior experience in litigation and arbitration matters
- Exposure to white collar crime / criminal matters preferred
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Handling domestic and international arbitration matters
- Drafting pleadings, claims, defenses, and written submissions
- Appearing in arbitration-related court proceedings (Sections 9, 11, 34, 37)
- Advising on white collar crime matters including fraud, financial crimes, and regulatory investigations
- Assisting in proceedings before authorities such as ED, SFIO, SEBI, CBI, and EOW
- Drafting complaints, responses, bail applications, and related filings
Mode of Work
On-site (Noida Office, Delhi NCR)
Skills and Attributes Required
- Strong drafting, research, and communication skills
- Experience in courtroom practice and arbitration proceedings
- Ability to handle complex litigation and regulatory matters
