Eligibility Criteria
- Qualified lawyers with 5–8 years of Post Qualification Experience (PQE)
- Strong understanding of India’s technology law framework, including the IT Act and relevant rules
- Excellent legal research, drafting, and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines efficiently
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Handling litigation and advisory work for intermediaries
- Representing clients before courts and arbitral tribunals
- Drafting pleadings related to social media intermediaries
- Advising on intermediary liability, data privacy, content moderation laws, and criminal law aspects
- Developing case strategies and managing client interactions
- Mentoring and guiding junior associates in research and drafting
