Eligibility Criteria
- Advocates with 1–3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
- Experience in M&A, private equity, or general corporate advisory
- Strong drafting, due diligence, and legal research skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments with attention to detail
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in corporate advisory and transactional matters
- Working on mergers & acquisitions and private equity transactions
- Conducting due diligence and legal research
- Drafting and reviewing corporate and commercial agreements
- Supporting end-to-end transaction execution
