Position: Senior Associate – Contracts & Negotiations

Role Overview
The Senior Associate will support in-house corporate legal teams by handling complex commercial contracts and leading negotiations across diverse agreements. This is a negotiation-intensive role requiring strong commercial understanding and the ability to independently manage responsibilities in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts such as MSAs, SaaS agreements, SOWs, NDAs, and other related agreements
- Leading negotiations while balancing legal risks with business objectives
- Advising on key contractual terms including liability, indemnity, SLAs, intellectual property, data protection, and pricing
- Collaborating with a global remote team and managing multiple deliverables
- Acting as an escalation point for complex negotiations
- Supporting compliance initiatives, research assignments, and special projects
- Mentoring junior associates and maintaining quality control across deliverables
- Enhancing internal processes, negotiation strategies, and playbooks
