Eligibility Criteria
- Third or fourth-year law students
- Strong legal research and drafting skills
- Interest in commercial law, intellectual property law, technology law, and competition law
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts
- Advising internal business teams on contractual, technology, and competition law issues
- Working on brand protection and anti-counterfeiting initiatives involving digital platforms
- Assisting in organisation-wide projects aimed at improving legal operations
- Conducting legal research on intellectual property, data privacy, and digital commerce
- Preparing internal legal notes, presentations, and compliance guidelines
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams on sales technology and organised trade projects
- Monitoring regulatory developments and analysing their impact on business practices
