The internship will involve working on employment-based U.S. immigration matters, including:
- EB-1A Extraordinary Ability Petitions
- EB-2 National Interest Waiver (NIW) Petitions
- O-1A Extraordinary Ability Petitions
- O-1B Extraordinary Achievement Petitions
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should be:
- Law students (3rd year and above preferred), or
- Recent law graduates
Candidates must also possess:
- Strong English writing skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Access to a computer capable of supporting document drafting, review, and compilation activities using Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Evidence review and organization
- Petition compilation and exhibit preparation
- Legal and factual research
- Drafting support, including recommendation letters and declarations
- Document formatting and quality checks
- Other case-related support tasks as required
