Position: Legal Associate
Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B. or equivalent degree from a recognized institution.
- 2–6 years of post-qualification experience in a corporate legal department or law firm.
- Experience supporting IT/Technology clients is preferred.
- Strong understanding of:
- Commercial laws
- Data privacy regulations
- Intellectual Property-related contractual issues
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines with attention to detail.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, redline, and negotiate commercial agreements, including:
- Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
- Statements of Work (SOWs)
- Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
- Software License Agreements
- SaaS Agreements
- Vendor Contracts
