3. Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must be:
• Law students in the 3rd year or above of a 5-year integrated law program, or
• Law students in the 2nd year or above of a 3-year LL.B program
• Candidates with interest or basic understanding of corporate law, taxation, insolvency and tribunal practice will be preferred
4. Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
• Research and analysis of judgments from ITAT, NCLT and NCLAT
• Legal research and drafting
• Preparation of case citations and maintaining a case law database
• Providing compliance-focused legal support
• Using AI-based drafting tools for efficiency and accuracy

Remote

• Duration: 6 months
• Work Timings: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• Extension possible based on performance
7. Stipend / Perks
• Rs. 3000 per month
• Performance-based stipend
