Remote Legal Expert Role
AI Model Evaluation and Legal Reasoning Project
Eligibility Criteria
- Law degree (LL.B., J.D., or equivalent) from an accredited institution in the relevant jurisdiction
- Bar admission or equivalent professional qualification, active or inactive where applicable
- Minimum 3 years of legal practice or teaching experience within the jurisdiction
- Strong reasoning skills across core areas of law
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Project management experience or prior product counsel experience is desirable
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Create complex legal hypothetical scenarios within your jurisdiction
- Review and evaluate AI-generated legal responses
- Apply structured legal rubrics to assess issue spotting, reasoning, and legal accuracy
- Identify gaps and blind spots in AI legal reasoning
- Provide detailed annotations and written feedback
- Collaborate with researchers and project managers to refine evaluation standards

- Commitment: 10 to 30 hours per week
