Type / Nature of Opportunity
Two contractual positions in the Project Monitoring Unit for the DISHA scheme:
- Program Manager (LLLAP) — 1 post.
- Program Associate — 1 post.
Eligibility Criteria
- Program Manager (LLLAP): Bachelor’s degree in Law or a bachelor’s degree in Social Science from a recognized university and a minimum of five years of relevant experience in Central or State Government/PSUs, with experience in managing projects/schemes having pan-India or pan-State implications. Experience in result based management, monitoring and evaluation, financial monitoring, reporting and documentation is required.
- Program Associate: Bachelor’s degree in Law. Freshers may apply. Preference for candidates with experience or knowledge of the social and development sector and community-level engagement. Required: strong analytical, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
Number of Positions
1 post each for Program Manager (LLLAP) and Program Associate.
Remuneration
- Program Manager (LLLAP): Rs. 90,000 per month.
- Program Associate: Rs. 45,000 per month.
Duration / Nature of Engagement
Contractual engagement initially up to 31 March 2026 from the date of joining. Extension may be considered on need basis.
Mode of Work
On contractual deployment with the Project Monitoring Unit. (The notification sets out detailed terms and conditions of engagement.)
