Eligibility Criteria
- 5th year or final-year law students
- Prior exposure to regulatory litigation and white collar crime matters
- Completion of more than four internships related to similar disputes
- Strong research and drafting capabilities
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Conducting detailed and in-depth legal research for regulatory litigation and white collar crime matters
- Research assistance for matters before the Supreme Court, High Courts, NCLT, NCLAT, Sessions Courts, and other forums
- Legal research on statutes including PMLA, Companies Act, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, TRAI Act, and Prevention of Corruption Act
- Drafting of:
- List of Dates
- Synopsis
- Factual Notes
- Legal Notes
