Eligibility Criteria
• Students in 3rd year or above of a 5-year LLB program
• Final year students of a 3-year LLB program
• Strong interest in arbitration and litigation practice
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
• Conduct research on arbitration law and commercial dispute matters
• Assist in case preparation and moot-related assignments
• Draft briefs and support ongoing FDI arbitration cases
