The Competition Commission of India (CCI) is a statutory body established under the Competition Act, 2002. It is responsible for promoting and sustaining competition in markets, preventing anti-competitive practices, and protecting consumer interests across India.

Eligibility Criteria
- 2nd and 3rd year of 3-year LL.B. course
- 4th and final year of 5-year integrated LL.B. course (including students entering 4th year)
- LL.M. students
- Must be from recognized institutions/universities
- Exposure to Competition Law is preferred
- Only Indian Nationals are eligible
- Students with confirmed placements are not eligible
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Legal research in competition law
- Assisting in policy and case-related work
- Supporting analytical and regulatory assignments

Important Dates and Timelines
- Duration: 1 month (extendable to 2–3 months with recommendation)
- Applications are accepted on a rolling basis
- Applications must be submitted by the 1st of the preceding month
Stipend / Perks
- ₹15,000 per month (honorarium)
- E-certificate upon successful completion (subject to mentor approval)

- Only applications in the prescribed format with proper recommendation will be considered
- Shortlisted candidates will be informed via email
- The internship scheme operates on a monthly intake basis under existing guidelines
