About the Internship
Lexansh & Co. is inviting applications for the position of Law Intern in the Capital Markets practice. This paid internship offers practical exposure to capital markets work in a professional law firm environment, along with performance-based assessment for potential long-term opportunities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Law students from the 3rd year onwards in a 5-year integrated course or final year of a 3-year LL.B. course
- Recent law graduates may also apply
- Prior internship experience in capital markets, corporate law, or related fields is mandatory
- Basic understanding of SEBI regulations, company law, and capital market processes
- Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Word and legal documentation tools
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Legal research and analysis related to capital markets laws
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents and regulatory filings
- Assisting in compliance and advisory work
- Supporting the team on capital markets transactions and related matters
