Eligibility Criteria
- Final-year law students (3-year or 5-year course)
- Fresh law graduates enrolled as advocates
- Strong academic background
- Working knowledge of the Companies Act, Code of Civil Procedure, and Income Tax laws
- Proficiency in legal drafting and research tools
- Preference for candidates residing in or around South Delhi
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Drafting pleadings, legal notices, and counter-replies
- Conducting case law and statutory research for commercial disputes
- Assisting in corporate compliance and tax advisory matters
- Supporting client consultations
- Participating in court proceedings and arbitration matters
Mode of Work
Offline, based at the firm’s Chittaranjan Park office, New Delhi
Important Dates and Timelines
- Duration: 3 to 6 months
- Extension: Possible conversion to full-time role based on performance
