Padha Law Associates was founded in 2021 by Meenu Padha, an Advocate at the High Court of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh, a Women and Child Rights activist, and an educator. About the Internship
The internship is structured to offer substantive exposure to litigation practice and legal drafting. Interns will work under professional supervision and actively assist in drafting, legal research, and content development.
Eligibility Criteria
- Students currently pursuing an LL.B. degree
- Recent law graduates
- Candidates with a genuine inclination towards litigation, legal research, and drafting of pleadings
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Drafting and assistance in divorce petitions and maintenance applications
- Preparation and drafting of writ petitions under constitutional jurisdictions
- Drafting of affidavits, bail applications, and allied pleadings
- Legal research and article writing on contemporary legal issues
