About the Organization
The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), New Delhi is the appellate tribunal established under the Companies Act, 2013. It hears appeals against the orders of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) and other designated authorities, dealing with matters relating to company law, insolvency and bankruptcy, competition law, and related commercial disputes.

- Law students who are eligible to undertake internships.
- Applications are invited every month for internships at NCLAT, New Delhi.

Selected interns will gain practical exposure to:

- Commercial Litigation
- Appellate Proceedings
- Judicial and legal research
- Working closely with the judicial process at NCLAT
