Manager / Senior Manager – Litigation

Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Drafting and vetting of appeals, legal notices, deeds, agreements, and other legal documents
- Preparation of lawsuits, written statements, affidavits, evidence, miscellaneous applications, and court replies
- Handling criminal and civil litigation matters
- Conducting due diligence and providing legal consultancy
- Managing litigation strategy and associated risk
- Ensuring timely, high-quality, and cost-effective legal advice to senior management
- Selecting and supervising external counsels
- Liaising with external consultants and law firms on routine and complex matters
Required Skills and Expertise
- Strong drafting and litigation management experience
- Expertise in civil and criminal matters
- Ability to assess legal risks and provide practical solutions
- Experience in supervising external counsels
- Strong analytical, advisory, and communication skills
- Capacity to work under structured corporate guidelines
