Experience Required

  • 5 to 8 Years of Post-Qualification Experience
  • Experience must be within scaled IT / services / product organizations

Compensation

  • INR 22,50,000 – 24,00,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities

  • Partnering closely with HR teams on workforce-related matters including hiring, onboarding, employee relations, disciplinary actions, restructuring, transfers, and exits
  • Drafting, reviewing, and standardizing employment contracts, termination letters, notices, and HR policy documents in compliance with Indian labour laws
  • Advising on applicability and compliance under Indian labour and employment statutes
  • Supporting employment governance initiatives and policy updates
  • Reviewing and redlining customer, vendor, partner, and data protection agreements
  • Coordinating with external counsel on employment litigation and select commercial disputes
  • Advising on privacy obligations under evolving Indian data protection laws in the workforce and contracting context

Eligibility Criteria

  • Law degree from a recognized institution
  • Strong expertise in employment and labour law advisory within the IT sector
  • Experience in employment contracts, policy drafting, restructuring, compliant exits, and employee relations
  • Comfort in working with external counsel
  • Strong drafting, stakeholder communication, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word with working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
