Ethos Legal Alliance is a young and growing Corporate and Commercial Disputes Resolution law firm established in 2018. Founded by Ashish Mehta, the firm is backed by over 13 years of extensive experience at the Bar in disputes resolution practice.
The firm regularly appears before the Bombay High Court, District and Sessions Courts, various Tribunals, Statutory and Regulatory Authorities, Commissions, and Forums. ELA advises and represents leading corporates, banks, NBFCs, business houses, SME clients, Government of India authorities, and prosecuting agencies. Legal Internship Opportunity (Litigation)
Eligibility Criteria
- Only 4th and 5th year law students of a 5-year LL.B. programme
- Candidates must be willing to undertake a minimum internship period of two months
- Applicants must be based in Mumbai
- Assessment internships or traineeships are not offered
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
Interns will gain exposure across the firm’s core practice areas, including:
- Disputes Resolution
- Insolvency and Restructuring
- Banking and Finance
- White Collar Crimes
- Real Estate
- Environmental Law
- Direct Tax
- Intellectual Property Litigation
Work will involve legal research, drafting assistance, and exposure to court proceedings and complex litigation matters.
