About the Internship
Amit Patel & Associates invites applications from law students seeking practical exposure to litigation and court practice. The Chambers handle matters before the Supreme Court of India and the High Court of Gujarat. The internship aims to provide interns with meaningful insight into advocacy, litigation strategy, and the functioning of courts at the highest levels.

Eligibility Criteria
• Law students from the 3rd year onwards of a 5-year integrated law course
• Law students from the 2nd year onwards of a 3-year law course
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Genuine interest in litigation and court practice
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
• Legal research
• Drafting of pleadings and legal documents
• Case preparation and assistance in litigation matters
• Exposure to proceedings before the Supreme Court and High Court of Gujarat
Duration
• Minimum duration of 4 weeks
• Extendable based on performance
