Legal Job — Associate (Litigation)
Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B. from a recognized university
- 2 to 3 years post-qualification experience in civil litigation
- Preference for candidates with substantial experience in revenue and land matters
- Strong drafting, research and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and lead assignments with minimal supervision
- Good communication and client-handling skills
- Willingness to appear before courts and authorities in Delhi NCR and occasionally outside NCR
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Manage and appear in civil litigation matters across courts and forums
- Draft and review pleadings, written statements, applications and legal opinions
- Conduct legal research and analyse case law to prepare case strategies
- Brief and coordinate with senior counsel
- Liaise with clients and provide timely updates
- Ensure timely filings and compliance with procedural requirements
Mode of Work
On-site. Primary practice location: Delhi NCR. Occasional appearances outside NCR may be required.
