Litigation Associate
Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B. or LL.M. degree from Tier 1 law schools
- 1–3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
- Candidates with a technical background will be preferred
- Strong legal research skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Handling litigation and arbitration matters across various forums
- Drafting pleadings, replies, legal notices, and legal opinions
- Assisting in developing litigation strategies, especially in matters involving complex technological or technical issues
- Coordinating with clients, technical experts, and senior counsel
- Representing clients in pre-litigation advisory, negotiation, and dispute resolution processes
- Maintaining case files and ensuring compliance with legal procedures and timelines
- Collaborating with internal teams and external counsels to support litigation matters
