Legal Job Opportunity (Litigation Associate)
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in IP litigation
- LL.B. from an NLU or Tier-1 law school (preferred)
- Strong understanding of intellectual property laws and litigation procedures
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Handling intellectual property litigation including trademark, copyright, patent, and design matters
- Drafting and reviewing pleadings such as plaints, written statements, affidavits, applications, and appeals
- Representing clients and assisting seniors before District Courts, High Courts, and IP tribunals/offices
- Conducting legal research, case law analysis, and preparing briefs
- Managing filings, hearings, and procedural compliances
- Assisting in enforcement actions, injunctions, and opposition/rectification proceedings
- Coordinating with clients and internal teams for case strategy

On-site (Noida, Uttar Pradesh)

- Strong drafting, research, and analytical abilities
- Practical experience in court proceedings and litigation management
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
