Legal Job Opportunity (In-house Legal Role)
Eligibility Criteria
- Law degree from a reputed law school
- 1–2 years of professional experience with a focus on contract and corporate law
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
Contract Management
- Drafting, reviewing, redlining, and negotiating contracts including MSAs, GSAs, supply agreements, consultancy agreements, SaaS contracts, NDAs, and amendments
- Managing end-to-end contract lifecycle processes
- Developing frameworks for consistent and high-quality contract standards
- Advising business teams on contractual risks and mitigation strategies
- Working with CLM tools, preferably Icertis, and platforms such as SAP Ariba, DocuSign, and ServiceNow
Regulatory Compliance
- Monitoring laws and regulations impacting business operations
- Developing and implementing compliance policies and programs
- Conducting compliance audits and assessments
Risk Management
- Identifying legal risks and recommending mitigation measures
- Conducting legal research to support business and legal positions
- Tracking legal and industry developments
Corporate Governance
- Supporting corporate governance matters, including board documentation
- Maintaining corporate records and statutory filings
