Eligibility Criteria
• Junior Advocate: 0–2 years of experience
• Legal Advisor / Senior Advocate: 2–5 years of experience
• Legal Operations Manager: Experience in team leadership, compliance and legal delivery operations
• Mandatory proficiency in regional language depending on posting location:
– Kannada for Bangalore/Mysore
– Tamil for Chennai
– Telugu for Tirupati and Hyderabad
Salary / Perks
• Junior Advocate: ₹20,000–₹28,000 per month plus incentives up to ₹4,000 (salary negotiable)
• Legal Advisor / Senior Advocate: ₹27,000–₹39,000 per month plus incentives up to ₹4,000 (salary negotiable)
• Legal Operations Manager: ₹8–12 LPA based on experience
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
Junior Advocate
• Support AI driven legal–opinion and title search workflows
• Draft notices, petitions, contracts and replies
• Verify ownership records, encumbrances and compliance
• Assist in preparation and review of AI generated legal reports
• Maintain case records and coordinate with lenders and clients
Legal Advisor / Senior Advocate
• Review and finalize AI platform generated legal opinions
• Draft and vet complex agreements and property documentation
• Provide legal guidance, risk assessments and compliance strategies
• Mentor junior team members
• Liaise with banks, NBFCs and internal stakeholders
Legal Operations Manager (State Lead)
• Set up and manage state legal delivery centres
• Lead and scale advocate and support teams
• Ensure accuracy, compliance and timely delivery
• Handle client communication and escalation management
• Support pre sales and client demonstrations
Mode of Work / Location
• Multiple locations: Bangalore, Mysore, Chennai, Tirupati, Hyderabad
• Regional language proficiency is essential for each location
