Legal Job Opportunity — Legal Manager
Eligibility Criteria
- Maximum Age: 33 years.
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- Professional Experience:
- Experience coordinating with advocates, law officers, court staff, police, and enforcement agencies.
- Strong drafting and vetting skills for a wide range of legal and commercial documents including writs, agreements, pleadings, affidavits, notices, deeds, and contracts.
- Experience in managing high volume litigation across forums including the Supreme Court, High Courts, Sessions Courts, Civil Courts, Consumer Forums, and Lok Adalats.
- Exposure to recovery litigation (secured and unsecured), arbitration matters, MVCT matters, and general litigation.
- Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to assess legal risks and guide business leadership.
- Capability to manage legal teams and collaborate across departments.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in depth legal research and recommend revisions in legal documents.
- Execute and supervise day-to-day legal activities of the organization.
- Identify legal risks and formulate mitigation strategies.
- Advise senior management on key legal issues impacting the business.
- Manage litigation portfolios including commercial disputes, regulatory proceedings, recovery actions, arbitration, and general litigation.
- Evaluate legal exposure and communicate assessments to stakeholders.
- Liaise effectively with advocates, court officials, enforcement agencies, and internal legal teams.
