Eligibility Criteria
Mandatory Qualifications
- LL.B. or BA LL.B or equivalent legal qualification
- Minimum 1 year of relevant legal experience or experience in an alternative legal services industry
- Familiarity with legal technology and contract lifecycle management tools
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Basic experience in commercial contract drafting and negotiation
- Familiarity with commercial agreements such as NDAs, MSAs, SoWs, distribution agreements, and license agreements

- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
- Excellent client-facing and presentation abilities
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and critical thinking skills

Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in drafting and negotiating buy-side and sell-side commercial contracts using playbook-based frameworks
- Supporting Deloitte clients in legal business engagements related to tax and contracting functions
- Identifying process improvements and operational efficiencies in corporate legal services
- Reporting against defined KPIs and performance metrics
- Managing engagement administration including document collection, data entry, tracking, and contract reviews
- Coordinating with finance, legal, commercial, business, and delivery teams throughout the contract lifecycle
- Supporting research on technical and industry-specific legal issues
- Communicating effectively with engagement managers and client stakeholders
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict timelines
Shift Timings
- US shift timings:
- 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, or
- 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM
