Legal Job Opportunity (In-house Counsel)
Eligibility Criteria
- 6 to 8 or more years of experience in drafting, commercial negotiations, and business advisory roles
- Experience in negotiating with talent, production companies, studios, media, and financing partners preferred
- Strong business acumen with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Hindi is highly preferred
- Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage external counsel effectively
- Adaptability, sound judgment, and a solution-oriented approach
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Structuring, negotiating, and executing content-related deals
- Drafting and reviewing legal agreements for original content development, production, and licensing
- Advising creative partners, producers, and internal business teams
- Conducting industry and territory-specific legal and commercial research
- Working closely with cross-functional and global teams to ensure alignment
- Managing relationships with key production partners and external counsel
- Supporting additional projects aligned with business and legal priorities
