About the Job
KS Legal & Associates is inviting applications from legal professionals with hands-on experience in banking and finance transactions. The role primarily involves lender-side work, including drafting and reviewing financing and credit documentation for banks and NBFCs.
Eligibility Criteria
- Strong drafting and document review skills
- Prior experience in lender-side banking and finance transactions
- High attention to detail with sound commercial understanding
- Experience in property due diligence and title verification will be an added advantage
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Drafting and reviewing loan and financing documentation for banks and financial institutions
- Working on facility agreements, security creation documents, guarantees, mortgages, and hypothecation
- Handling transaction documentation across banking and NBFC portfolios
- Drafting and reviewing financing and credit-related documents
- Preferred responsibilities include preparation of title reports and conducting property due diligence
