Eligibility Criteria
- Post Qualification Experience of 1 to 2 years in Intellectual Property law
- Prior experience or exposure to trademark prosecution, enforcement, or litigation support
- Strong understanding of trademark laws and practice
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Conducting trademark clearance searches and providing risk assessments
- Managing global trademark portfolios including filing, prosecution, and maintenance
- Drafting and responding to Office Actions and oppositions
- Assisting in trademark enforcement matters such as cease and desist notices, domain name disputes, and online takedown strategies
- Supporting IP due diligence in corporate and commercial transactions
- Coordinating with foreign associates on international trademark matters
- Providing strategic advisory to clients on brand protection and IP rights
