Indofast Energy was founded in 2024 and operates in the Clean Tech sector with a focus on Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS). It is a joint venture between IndianOil and SUN Mobility. Headquartered in Bengaluru, the company aims to accelerate electric vehicle adoption in India by offering a reliable and scalable battery swapping ecosystem. Indofast Energy plans to deploy over 10,000 battery swapping stations across 50 cities, integrated with IndianOil’s fuel station network, to support India’s transition towards clean mobility.

Eligibility Criteria
- Final-year students pursuing LL.B. / B.A. LL.B. / B.B.A. LL.B.
- Strong legal research and drafting skills
- Keen interest in corporate and commercial law
- High levels of ownership, curiosity, and professionalism
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, including NDAs, vendor agreements, and commercial contracts
- Conducting legal research on corporate, regulatory, and compliance-related matters
- Assisting in drafting internal policies, standard operating procedures, and compliance documentation
- Supporting the in-house legal team on day-to-day legal matters
