Eligibility Criteria
- Final-year students enrolled in:
- Five-Year LL.B. programme, or
- Three-Year LL.B. programme, or
- LL.M. programme
- Prior internship experience with law firms or corporate legal departments is preferred
- Exposure to contracts, corporate law, legal drafting, legal research, contract management, and compliance
- Basic understanding of:
- Corporate governance
- Contract drafting and review
- Compliance-related matters
- Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts and legal documents
- Supporting corporate legal matters and compliance-related activities
- Conducting legal research on corporate laws, regulations, and governance issues
- Maintaining legal records, agreements, and documentation
- Providing day-to-day legal and administrative support to the legal team
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders for legal clarifications and requirements
