Legal Internship Opportunity (Full-time, On-site)
Eligibility Criteria
- Law students pursuing an LL.B. or equivalent degree from a recognized law university
- Strong academic background with sound legal research and analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and adaptability to digital tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proactive attitude with willingness to learn
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in drafting contracts, agreements, and legal documents under supervision
- Supporting negotiation and review of vendor contracts including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and amendments
- Conducting regulatory research and assisting in compliance-related matters
- Providing legal opinions on company policies and processes under supervision
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and counsel on contracts, compliance, disputes, and IP-related matters
- Assisting in improving efficiency in contracting and legal processes
