Corporate Legal Internship Opportunity
Eligibility Criteria
- Final-year law students enrolled in:
- 5-year LL.B. program, or
- 3-year LL.B. program, or
- LL.M. program
- Prior internship experience with law firms or corporate legal departments
- Exposure to corporate law, contracts, legal drafting, legal research, compliance, and contract management
- Basic understanding of:
- Corporate governance
- Contract drafting and review
- Compliance-related matters
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts and legal documents
- Assisting with corporate legal and compliance-related matters
- Conducting legal research on corporate laws, regulations, and governance issues
- Maintaining legal records, agreements, and documentation
- Supporting day-to-day legal and administrative tasks
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders for legal requirements and clarifications

Offline, office-based role in Jaipur, Rajasthan
