Legal Internship Opportunity (Corporate Law)
Eligibility Criteria
- Fifth-year law students or recent law graduates
- Candidates from top-tier law colleges only
- Prior internship experience with top-tier law firms or reputed companies
- Availability for full-time engagement
- Willingness to commit for a minimum duration of three months
- Tenure may be extended based on performance and availability
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Assisting the corporate legal team on PE, M&A, and general corporate transactions
- Drafting, reviewing, and proofreading commercial agreements and legal documents
- Supporting due diligence exercises and transaction documentation
- Conducting legal research on corporate, regulatory, and securities laws
- Preparing internal notes, trackers, and transaction summaries
- Exposure to corporate and transactional legal practice
