The organization works extensively on POSH compliance, policy implementation, training modules, and redressal mechanisms under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013. Eligibility Criteria
- Law students or graduates interested in workplace compliance and POSH laws
- Strong proficiency in written and spoken English
- Working knowledge of MS Office and MS Word
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Assisting seniors in legal drafting and legal research
- Supporting court visits and case-related work
- Preparing and organizing case files and legal documents
- Maintaining court orders and calendars as per Next Date of Hearing (NDOH)
- General assistance in compliance and legal operations
