Eligibility Criteria
- Law students interested in taxation and GST litigation
- Good written English proficiency
- Basic knowledge of MS Word and MS Office
- Strong legal research, drafting, and content writing skills
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in GST litigation matters including drafting replies, submissions, appeals, petitions, synopsis, and case briefs
- Conducting legal research on GST provisions, circulars, notifications, advance rulings, and judicial precedents
- Preparing structured case books, paper books, and synopses for appellate forums and courts
- Supporting senior advocates in drafting, representation, and client consultations
