Eligibility Criteria
- Enrolled in or completed a law degree
- Good academic record
- Strong English communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Drafting and reviewing basic legal documents
- Organizing and maintaining the master file tracker for agreements such as reagent rental and distributor agreements
- Initiating agreements through DocuSign or similar document-sign platforms
- Coordinating with customers and sales teams for clarifications on agreements and arranging meetings when required
- Following up with sales teams on pending agreements
- Attention to detail in identifying and correcting errors in documents and legal research
