Legal Job Opportunity (In-house Legal Role)
Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B. or LL.M. from a reputed university
- 3 to 4 years of post-qualification experience
- Prior experience in law firms or in-house roles, preferably in fintech, NBFCs, or financial services
- Strong understanding of regulatory advisory, commercial contracts, and compliance frameworks
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts including service agreements, partnerships, and financing agreements
- Research on RBI regulations, NBFC norms, data protection laws, and fintech regulations
- Managing legal risks across lending, collections, marketing, and data usage
- Handling regulatory filings, audits, and liaison with authorities such as RBI and MCA
- Overseeing litigation, dispute resolution, and compliance timelines
- Collaborating with external counsel for advisory and litigation matters
- Developing internal training materials on legal and regulatory topics
- Monitoring legal updates and contributing to policy formulation and compliance frameworks
