Eligibility Criteria
- Law graduates with 0–1 year of Post Qualification Experience (PQE)
- Candidates with a basic understanding of contract law, company law, IP law, and litigation
- Strong drafting, research, and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, NDAs, and MoUs
- Providing legal opinions and conducting risk assessments on business operations
- Legal research on regulatory updates and applicable laws
- Assisting in litigation management and coordinating with external counsel
- Ensuring corporate compliance, maintaining statutory records, and filings
- Liaising with regulatory authorities and responding to legal notices
- Developing and implementing company policies and procedures
- Maintaining organized documentation of legal records and contracts
