Legal Job Opportunity (Non-Litigation Role)
About the Job
Fashion TV is inviting applications for the position of Legal Executive (Non-Litigation). The role involves handling end-to-end legal documentation, contract management, and advisory functions across the company’s commercial and operational activities.
Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B. or LL.M. degree
- Professional experience ranging from 5 to 8 years
- Strong proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong reasoning, analytical, and drafting abilities
- High level of motivation, confidence, and professional demeanour
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Drafting and vetting agreements and contracts for the company
- Handling agreements relating to licensing, distribution, and franchise arrangements
- Preparing Leave and License Agreements, side letters, deeds, and commercial contracts
- Drafting agreements for sale, deeds of transfer, powers of attorney, wills, indemnities, and public notices
- Managing and reviewing legal documentation across business verticals
- Identifying, anticipating, and mitigating legal risks in documentation
- Drafting legal notices, replies, complaints, and related correspondence
- Coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders
- Handling all non-litigation legal matters of the company
